Nieuwewerf has three self catering Karoostyle cottages - Nieuwehuyz, Nieuwerust & Nieuweschuur situated in the quaint Great Karoo village of Prince Albert.

Nieuwewerf Accommodation in Prince Albert

Nieuwehuyz

Nieuwehuyz has two suites, namely; Koninklijke and Hertog Suites.  The Koningklike Suite is a spacious bedroom with bathroom en-suite (bath and double shower) with heated towel rails.  The room is also air-conditioned with under floor heating in both the bedroom and bathroom en-suite. 

Separate from the main house is the Hertog Suite.  The Hertog Suite has air conditioner and two double beds.  The Suite has a bathroom en-suite (shower only) with heated towel rail.  With the addition of the Hertog Suite, Nieuwehuyz sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.

Other rooms that make up Nieuwehuyz include a dressing room, lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and enclosed private courtyard.​ Mørso wood burning fire place is centrally located in the lounge. 

Nieuwerust

Nieuwerust is a luxury self-catering cottage with three luxury suites, namely: Orchidee, Zwaan and Jongen Suites.  Nieuwerust can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.  All bathrooms are modern, have luxurious fittings and fixing including such as heated towel rails, hand showers, and grab rails.  Facilities are wheelchair accessible. 

• Orchidee Suite has a double bed and bathroom en-suite (shower/bath) overlooking the pool area. 
• Zwaan Suite has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite (shower only). 
• Jongen Suite is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds (or king size bed) with a bathroom en-suite (shower only).

Nieuwerust has a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and enclosed private courtyard with swimming pool for the warm Prince Albert days. Mørso wood burning fire place is centrally located in the lounge.

Nieuweschuur

Nieuweschuur is a typical Karoo style barn with a luxury loft apartment specifically designed and built to accommodate up to two guests comfortably and in need of an exclusive retreat with views of the majestic Swartberg Mountains.

The bathroom is spacious, modern, have luxurious fittings and fixing including heated towel rails, hand showers, and grab rails. The Suite has a king bed and bathroom en-suite (shower only)​.

Nieuweschuur has a living area, fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, and a courtyard with swimming pool for the warm Prince Albert days. The loft is fully air conditioned with paddle roof fans.
